Back on Christmas Eve, there were some pretty positive rumblings about minor league hockey returning to Oklahoma City. Well, finally, tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9th, 2010 there is a press conference scheduled for 4pm. Releases about the press conference will only say that it concerns the future of hockey in OKC.
It’s been a tough year for those of us who were Oklahoma City Blazer fans. With them pulling out and no one to take their place, I know I’ve been in a hockey withdrawal mode. I hope that will end with the press conference Tuesday.
